Our Programs
Our in person programs are FREE for parents and caregivers and their children. Our goal is to provide holistic, family-focused programming and services. We support positive outcomes for children and youth, prenatally to adolescence. We recognize that children and youth grow within the context of their family, culture and community. By reducing isolation of families and providing information and resources, we can enhance the capacity and confidence of parents and caregivers. Join us at 61 Morison Drive in Windsor, NS!
Play Groups
Come and join us with your little ones aged 0-5 on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays from 10 to 11:30 am!
Coffee & Chats
Join us every Monday from 10 to 11:30 for a coffee or tea with little ones aged 0-5. Connect with other parents and occasionally experts as we share insights about this journey together.
Baby Love
On Thursdays at 1pm parents and caregivers are invited to join an informal gathering with babies aged 12 months and under.
Baby Buddies
Join us on Tuesdays as we welcome parents and caregivers with their babies aged 0-12 months. Enjoy playtime, engage in conversations with other parents, and connect with fellow babies and families in our community!
Workshops
Check our Facebook page for special workshops and events! We host events for school aged children during school holidays, partner with Nova Scotia Health to run series, and invite local musicians, wellness experts and professionals to enrich your experience of parenting in West Hants.
Field Trips
Every so often we take our play group on the road! Thank you to our community partners like Windsor Elms, West Hants Park & Rec, Pete's Snakes and many more for hosting us from time to time!
