At the Family Resource Centre of West Hants, we take a whole-family, community-based approach to support, recognizing that each person's journey is unique. Our approach combines compassion and practical assistance, offering programs like Healthy Beginnings, Parenting Journey, and Housing Support. We work collaboratively with people to address their challenges and celebrate their successes.
